Greenfield Lighting LLC receives preseed funding
Evolve My LLC and Majestic Skies Enterprises invest
Colorado Springs, CO (January 15, 2025) – Greenfield Lighting LLC (Greenfield), a leading provider of Gamification Ads, today announced that they have secured an undisclosed amount of pre-seed funding through private investments to support launching and development of its key products and services in the Retail Store Ecosystem. The reseed investment was made by Evolve My LLC and Majestic Skies Enterprises.
Greenfield, in the Gamification Advertising business since January 2025, will use the new funds for general working capital and the development and production of 10 working C-Store locations. This capital will help complete the company’s core products: Retail Store Leases, Advertisers and Greenfield’s 1.0 Gamification of the Retail Customer experience.
The Convenience Store industry still presents many untapped opportunities for companies such as Greenfield. “This funding will allow us to ramp up our products and services entering the market with a strong product and positioning”, said Dean Bowen, CVO.
Evolve My LLC was attracted to Greenfield’s Vision. Their Ecosystem is designed to benefit all parties. Majestic Skies Enterprises was attached to Greenfields Team and past performances.
According to Greenfield’s business plan, the proceeds will go to supporting product development and marketing in the Convenience Store industry, specifically targeting Independent Stores.
